Old Towne Churches Lenten Luncheon Lecture Series

Each Thursday during Lent a special luncheon and lecture is hosted by St John’s United Church of Christ, 710 Pine St, Port Huron, from 12:00-1:00PM. A free will offering is collected each week to be donated to Blue water Habitat for Humanity. The theme of the series is “Reconciling Journey” (2 Corinthians 5).

Therese The Story of a Soul logoThérèse: The Story of a Soul, the moving, live production performed by actress Audrey Ahern and directed by Patti Defilippis of Saint Luke Productions, will be presented at St. Mary Catholic School Gym in St. Clair on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. The event is sponsored by Blue Water Vicariate Evangelization Committee.

In this inspiring one-woman performance, Thérèse speaks directly to the audience, with humor, grace and humility. Her honest, direct spirituality speaks powerfully to our busy culture, with the encouraging message that anyone can become a saint. The program is filled with all the elements of professional theater, runs 75 minutes, and is suitable for all ages.
